PAL PLAYSTATION Store Coming April 15th
SCEE has announced that the revamped PS Store will go live in that region on April 15th. Not only that, there is some info about the content you can expect in the store.
Upcoming Content:
- Metal Gear Online Premiere Beta
- Warhawk: Operation Broken Mirror expansion pack
- Lair “Diabolical Dragons” pack
- Lair “Skyguard Upgrade” pack
- GTA IV Trailers
- Demo: Sega Superstar Tennis
Konami has confirmed that all the gamers in Europe will be able to participate in the beta. Lucky Europe you say. Well Konami is currently making the beta available to all PS3 owners. So expect to see you all there.
This is definitely good news for those of you that were unable to get the download code through pre-ordering MGS4 in the U.S. I’m very happy for Europe, looks like things just may be turning around for the PS Store in that region.

I bet that USA will get the firmware update the same day as the 2 other territories.
Looks like the store will be coming the 15th…
Thats the same day the GT5:Prologue is released on disc format so its pretty safe to assume that it will be out the 15th

I expect the same thing. Sony has normally given all of the regions the Firmware on the same date. I should guess an announcement will come later on today if this is anything like the initial redesign announcement. GT5P should be a huge seller in the PS store and retail.

Shame i’m missing out on the MGSO open beta
Do we know if this is the whole update yet?
Maybe a suprise ps1 game?

seriously, the us will get access to the beta for all users! that would be sweet, I thought I was going to miss out on the surprise, if that’s it, which I imagine it is
